Lu Xin, President of China Vocational and Technical Education Association and former Vice Minister of the Ministry of Education, made a keynote report on the topic of "Strengthening Applied Colleges and Universities: Historical Mission of Building a powerful Education Country". The report system summarizes the transformation trajectory and achievements of local colleges and universities in the past ten years from transformation to finalization. Professor Guo Yajun, Chief scientist of the National Key Laboratory of Macromolecular Drugs and Large-scale Preparation of Wenzhou Medical University, made a keynote speech on the topic of "Thinking on the Mode of In-depth Integration of production and Education Development". He suggests four strategies for improving the quality of education at China's lower-ranked universities:
